Narcissistic Abuse is What Happens When He Can’t Reconcile Sexually Desiring a Woman that He Also Sees as His Mother

This dual archetype is nothing new. It is an extension of the “Oedipus Complex” named by Sigmund Freud in 1899. Oedipus is a character in Greek Mythology that mistakenly killed his father and married his mother … and there it is. The inner subconscious marriage of a male’s desire to become the leading man in his mother’s life while also perpetrating the violent elimination of the dominant male figure in his own life. The only male figure that stands in the way of his “absolute domination” of his environment, his creator, and himself.
With this desire submerged in the back wall of a budding Narcissistic male’s subconscious the idea of, “what a woman should be”, is formed via the observations of his mother. Many men are excited by a woman that exhibits the classic traits of Divine Feminine energy that are often associated with motherhood.
